• All content, designs, and products provided by DaringColt Printing are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• While we strive for precision and quality, minor variations and surface quirks are inherent to the 3D printing process and do not constitute defects.

• We do not guarantee suitability for load-bearing, safety-critical, or industrial applications unless explicitly stated.

⚠️ Product Use & Safety

DaringColt Printing is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unintended application of its products.

• This includes improper installation, modification, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.

• All electrical items should be stored and handled with power disconnected. We recommend inspecting components before use and following safe handling practices.

📜 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. We’ll always honour those rights.

All original designs, branding, and content including the DaringColt name, logo, and tagline are the intellectual property of DaringColt Printing. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is not permitted.

📦 Third-Party Files

If you supply your own 3D model or design file:

• You confirm you have the rights to use and reproduce it.

• DaringColt Printing is not liable for any infringement, errors, or outcomes resulting from customer-supplied files.
