DaringColt Printing Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, you may send the item back at your own cost. Please note: a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@daringcoltprinting.com.au.
